Our South Beach Diet inspired Menu

Breakfast

coffee, tea, low-fat yoghurt, high fiber cereals, eggs with Canadian bacon, whole wheat French toast, western omelets

Lunch

avocado salad, Mediterranean tuna salad, cantaloupe with Canadian bacon, tomatoes with skim mozzarella, spinach salad with cheese and nuts, chicken breast over salad

Starters

mini eggplant pizzettes, Italian sausage with mustard, shrimp salad, Asian pear salad, asparagus with sesame-ginger sauce, tomatoes and onion salad

Dinner

gingered chicken breast with basmati rice and zucchini, sirloin steak with sweet potatoes and green beans, fish filet in light cream sauce with wild rice and yellow squash, spinaches stuffed salmon filets with asparagus, lean pork chops with kidney beans and rice, Cornish game hens with cauliflower "potato" salad and cucumber salad,

Desserts

Coconut cream pudding, fresh fruit cocktail, pineapple boat, cantaloupe slices

 

Please keep in mind that this Menu is not created as a weight loss program ! It is just a more healthy way of eating. We will still serve you satisfying portions and your favorite wines and cocktails. Finally, your vacation should still be about "having fun".
