Tortola to visit the USVI and BVI or starts in St. Thomas and sails
through the Spanish Virgin Islands ending

mandatory marina fee (usually mid week ~$60), mooring fees ($15 per
night in US National Park waters, $25 per night in BVI waters, free
in Puerto Rico), BVI taxes (for one week for
two passengers ~$120)
If ending your trip in Puerto Rico any land excursion
to the rainforest and Old San Juan, transfer to the San Juan
airport.
